ARTIST AGREEMENTARTIST AGREEMENT

By entering into the Artist Agreement with Work Less Live More you agree to grant Work Less Live More the rights to sell your submitted design(s) on WorkLessLiveMore.com.

RULES

If we love your design, we’ll offer it on our WorkLessLiveMore.com page.

PAYMENT AMOUNT

Work Less Live More will pay an amount of 50% of the net profit on the sale of item sold. Payment will be distributed on a monthly basis. Payment for items bought will be paid once a minimum of $10 has been reached.

PAYMENT METHOD

Work Less Live More makes all Artist Payments through PayPal.

YOUR RIGHTS

You will retain full rights to your designs and if at any time you would like us to not sell one or more of your designs through Work Less Live More write us at realperson@worklesslivemore.com, and all future sales of your requested designs will be discontinued.

INDEMNIFICATION

As a condition of your agreement, you agree to hold Work Less Live More, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, and suppliers, and each of their respective successors and assigns, harmless from, and indemnify them for all liabilities relating to any claim.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIM

By entering into the Artist Agreement with Work Less Live More you agree to grant Work Less Live More the rights to sell your submitted design(s).

  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon;


  • A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site;


  • Your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;


  • A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;


  • A statement by you that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. By entering into the Artist Agreement with Work Less Live More you agree to grant Work Less Live More the rights to sell your submitted design(s).
